Seeing how my previous site was interrupted by some neferarious oil-grabbing hoodlums from the other side of the world (no wonder people  hate you), I’m attempting round two. And with that, a different direction, since I haven’t posted anything since… April? If I’m lucky.

Where I go, I don’t know. I do know that the tagline for the new buddy cop movie Cop Out made me laugh my arse off: “Rock out with your Glock out.” Apparently the original movie title was A Couple of D*cks (the slang term for Detective, for those just getting the hamster back in its wheel).

I saw From Paris With Love and found it refreshingly snazzy. Reminds me of Lethal Weapon in terms of humor and action. And yes, I did try to count the rounds fired out of a Beretta, which came to at least 18. Which, incidentally, the age of a “major” as opposed to a “minor”. A minor who was likely not able to ride the Matternhorn at Disneyland, yet she was in this rated R movie. Parents. of. the. Year.
